We collect the following categories of information when you use Winelts:
Account Information
- Email and password used to create an account
- Passwords stored hashed via our Strapi-based backend, not plaintext
Usage & Content
- Chat and essay content, prompts, and in-app messages
- Feature usage data
Optional Audio
- Microphone recordings only if user grants permission
- Collected only when user performs an upload action
Device & App Data
- App version and connectivity info (e.g., SSE streaming)
- Update-related data
Local Storage on Device
- Chat history cache in Realm (not encrypted by default)
- Subscription flags and user_id in AsyncStorage (not encrypted by default)
- JWT session token in SecureStore (OS-protected)
